Scope

Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery /Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for new construction, renovation, and demolition for general construction projects for the NAVFAC SE Area of Operations (AO). These projects will be focused on Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL, and Naval Station (NS) Mayport, FL, but may include other locations anywhere in the United States if deemed necessary and found to be in the best interest of the Government.
