Scope

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), hereby gives notice of their intent to sole source a firm fixed price contract to S&P GLOBAL MARKET INTELLIGENCE LLC at 55 Water St, Fl 40 New York, NY 10041. On a sole source basis utilizing procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures. This requirement is for three S&P RatingsDirect subscriptions. The subscriptions provide access to S&P�s proprietary ratings information, including rating reports, rating actions, analyses, commentaries, industry research, sector reports, market data, and credit default swap spread information necessary to support OCC�s mission of bank supervision.
