New World Screwworm Aerial Release & Air Transportation Services

Scope

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12639526R0007 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish one or multiple Hybrid T&M and FFP IDIQ commercial contract to support New World Screwworm (NWS) eradication and prevention effort. This contract provides aircraft and crew services for aerial release of sterilized NWS and for transportation of pupae. Pupae will be transported from production facilities (currently in Pacora, Panama) to the dispersal base of operations currently located in Edinburg, Texas.
