The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Palo Alto Menlo Park Healthcare System, CA is seeking Architectural/Engineering Firms to submit Standard Form (SF) 330 for Project 640A0-27-103, Replace Patient Lifts B331, B348, & B360. The project will be located at the Palo Alto Menlo Park VA Campus, 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, California 94304. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The VA Palo Alto - Menlo Park Division needs A/E design services to replace/install 141 new ceiling-mounted patient lifts and extend 24 existing lifts for full room + bathroom coverage in CLC Buildings 331, 348, and 360. B348/B360 private rooms have no lift; B331 has outdated linear lifts; B360 needs bathroom coverage extensions + 30 motor upgrades.
