AMENDMENT 01 � CLARIFICATION OF GEOGRAPHIC CONSTRAINTS & EXTENSION OF RESPONSE WINDOW The purpose of this amendment is to revise the technical requirements of the original Sources Sought Notice to clarify a critical, bona fide operational necessity and to extend the response deadline. 1. REVISED REQUIREMENT � STRICT GEOGRAPHIC PROXIMITY: Based on a review of mission essential requirements, the Government has determined that a strict geographic and response-time constraint is mandatory for this requirement.
