Scope

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Biosense Webster, INC, at the Durham VA Medical Center (VAMC). Justification for this limited source procurement is in accordance with RFO FAR 8 soliciting from a single source. The contractor shall provide Biosense Webster electrophysiology consumables on an as needed basis throughout the period of performance. Purchases will be initiated via individual delivery orders under the IDIQ contract. Consumables covered under this SOW may include, but are not limited to: Diagnostic EP catheters Ablation catheters (e.g., irrigated, contact force enabled) Mapping catheters compatible with CARTO systems Sheaths and introducers Patches, cables, and other single-use EP procedure accessories Any other clinically required consumable items specific to Biosense…
