Multi-Building Carpet & LVP

Scope

The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, material, permits and necessary equipment for the removal and replacement of carpet and LVP ?ooring in buildings 106, 615, 710, and 825 at Shaw AFB IAW Statement of Work dated, 15 July 2026. **Please see Amendment 0005, issued 18 September 2026. The solicitation has been reopened to allow offeror an opportunity to clarify required pricing guidelines. Also, the due date has been extended to 22 September 2026 @ 2:00pm EST. **Please follow all of the directions as outlined in the Amendment 0005 and the use of Attachment 07, Revised Pricing Worksheet Multi Building Carpet and LVP is required to be submitted with all offers. Note: All offerors are reminded to acknowledge all Amendments to this solicitation by returning a signed copy with each offer/quote.
