Scope

The WYARNG is looking to procure and install new Audio/Visual equipment for the JFHQ auditorium in Cheyenne, WY. Please see attached purchase description for more details. RFI's due 14 September 2026 at 10:00 AM MST. Basis for Award: Award will be made to the offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. Insturctions to Offerors: Please do not exceed 8 pages in your response to this opportunity and ensure salient characteristics are included in your response. RFI Answers and Auditorium Photos have been attached. No more RFIs will be accepted and the quote due date has been updated.
