Scope

1.0 INTRODUCTION & PURPOSE The 434th Contracting Flight (434 CONF) at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana, is conducting market research to identify qualified, experienced, and interested business sources�specifically targeting small business concerns (e.g., 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned Small Businesses)�capable of performing a Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) contract. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for planning and market research purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Quotation (RFQ).
