JBLM Catholic Priest Services

Scope

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the duties of Catholic Priest as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. All work shall be accomplished within the guidelines of the Roman Catholic Church, Archdiocese of the Military Services (AMS) Priests� Manual, Army Regulation 165-1, Army Pamphlet 165-18, and Installation Chaplain Policies. Services provided shall be conducted in accordance with Army Regulation 165-1 Army Chaplain Corps Activities. All services under this contract shall be performed by an ordained Priest of the Catholic Church who is endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA (AMS), with faculties accepted or granted by the AMS…
