Scope

1. Description of Requirement The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) Contracting Directorate (PZIOA) at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB) intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Charter Communications Operating LLC (DBA Spectrum Internet) (CAGE: 4WWK4). The requirement is for the procurement of a secure, modern, reliable, and scalable base-wide Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and digital signal distribution service. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period followed by four one-year option periods. 2. Statutory Authority This acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by RFO 6.103-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". 3.
