Scope

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) in Fort Detrick, MD intends to negotiate on a Sole Source Basis with Rotunda Scientific Technologies LLC under 12.201-1, only one responsible source. This is a Presolicitation notice in accordance with RFO 5.101. Award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Rotunda for a E1000 Bruker Magnettech ESR5000 Benchtop ESR/EPR Spectrometer System. This includes associated hardware, software, and installation. The Bruker ESR5000 unit is a unique deployable spectrometer that meets the need for rapid assessment of radiological dose in the field in support of the DoW Biodosimetry Network, a DHA-led program. It is the only deployable Electron Paramagnetic Resonance spectrometer with the capability to meet the needs of the Services.
