HPACs AERP, Remove, Re-install, & Operational Testing

Scope

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to Curtiss-Wright in accordance with RFO 6.103-1, for a Firm-Fixed price contract to perform the removal, installation, and operational testing of the ship�s No. 1 and No. 2 High Pressure Air Compressors (HPACs) onboard a Los Angeles-Class Submarine. In accordance with CD202-O0017 (DFARS PGI 206.103-170(d)), a sources sought notice was posted on the Government Point of Entry, SAM.gov, from 25 August 2026 � 28 August 2026 to satisfy the requirement. The Government received a response from one company expressing interest, but the company did not submit a capability statement.
