SOLICITATION / NOTICE ID: N3943026R20081. PURPOSE: This notice serves as an administrative update to the pre-solicitation synopsis previously posted for EQUIPMENT SUPPORT SERVICES (ESS) GUAM. 2. BACKGROUND AND STATUS: The Government previously anticipated releasing the formal Solicitation on 15 September 2026. However, due to administrative and technical issues affecting the contract writing system and SAM.gov posting capabilities, the release of the solicitation package is temporarily delayed. Original Planned Solicitation Posting Date: 15 September 2026. Revised Solicitation Posting Date: Anticipated within the next 5-10 business days (Target: 22 September 2026), or pending final technical resolution.
