Scope

This Notice of Intent is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions for the Academic Standards, Curricular Alignment, and Professional Learning Support Services Requirement. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED. The Government intends to award a sole-source service contract to the incumbent contractor in support of the Department of War Education Activity's (DoWEA) ongoing Do No Harm initiative. The contractor previously conducted an independent third-party audit of curriculum, professional development, school discipline, counseling services, special education programs, academic standards, and related policies.
