This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Brand Name OR Equal requirement. Salient Characteristics of the offered item shall meet or exceed the salient characteristics of Metal Pless Snowplows. See the attached Salient Characteristics for more information. Alternative products will be considered. However, we are seeking one single brand for all requested items. The NAICS code is 333120 and the Small Business Standard is 1,250 Employees. The proposed contract is a 100% total set-aside for Small Businesses. Award shall be made on the evaluation that provides the USG best value.
