Pre-Solicitation Notice Residential Reentry and Home Confinement Services Located within the County Limits of Berkeley County, West Virginia.

Scope

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking providers for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) beds and Home Confinement services for male and female federal offenders in Berkeley County, West Virginia. Home Confinement placements must be within a 100?mile radius of the facility. Both RRC and Home Confinement services must follow the Federal Bureau of Prisons� Residential Reentry Center, March 2022 Statement of Work. Home Confinement requirements are defined in Chapter 10, with additional requirements noted throughout the SOW. This will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with firm fixed unit prices for all line items.
