No other changes to the SOO. There will be no extension on the bid closing date or time. This is a Request for Information (RFI), as defined in the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) FAR Subpart 15.101(c)to obtain information about capabilities and market information related to the services of interest for planning purposes.
