An amended Market Survey Announcement, with all revisions in red, is attached to this announcement. All other elements of this market survey, including the MVP Requirements Matrix and VOR Specification FAA-E-37012, are unchanged. Original Announcement - The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has developed a VOR Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requirements set in response to industry feedback received from a November 2025 FAA VOR Market Survey.
