Scope

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Dike B Generator Installation, Mansfield Hollow Dam, Mansfield Center, CT. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary materials, equipment, and labor required to construct and commission a new power system for the Dike B Operator unit. The scope of work involves comprehensive site preparation to support the construction of a reinforced concrete generator pad and the installation of secure perimeter fencing.
