Scope

The purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of firms that possess the expertise to successfully complete and perform the requirements described herein. Furthermore, this effort seeks to address any questions, recommendations, or concerns from Industry. The information gathered will assist the Government in ensuring there is adequate competition among a potential pool of responsible contractors.
