ADD Non-Potable Water Dist Lines to irrigation Areas, Multi

Scope

The United States Air Force intends to issue solicitation FA5575-26-B-0003 to solicit Bids for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to expand the non-potable water distribution system to cover irrigation areas and provisions for the future connection of buildings to the non-potable water distribution system at Mor�n Air Base, Spain. The magnitude of construction for this project is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000 U.S. Dollars. The period of performance for this project is estimated at 570 calendar days. A solicitation package will be available on the SAM website at www.sam.gov on or after 6 May 2026. In accordance with the Agreement of Defense and Cooperation between the Kingdom of Spain and the United States of America, any contract resulting from this notice/solicitation can only be entered into with companies authorized to carry out these activities in Spain under Spanish law.…
