COMBINED PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT (COMMERCIAL OFF-THE-SHELF EVERSOFT SOFTWARE) FAR Part 12 This special notice meets posting requirements of RFO FAR 5.1, 6.1, 12.1 and DFARS 206.3. It also serves as market research pursuant to RFO FAR 10. The Government intends to award a 5-year, sole-source, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)/Enterprise Contract (EC) with the first order to be issued prior to the conclusion of Fiscal Year 2026.
