Scope

1. THE SUBJECT REQUIREMENT IS BEING SYNOPSIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 36.213-2. THIS IS A SYNOPSIS ONLY. THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS PROJECTED TO BE AVAILABLE THE WEEK OF JANUARY 14TH. 2. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Far East, Contract Execution Team, has an upcoming Design-Build Construction project for the Asagao Whole House Renovation of the existing Asagao Heights (Bldg) No.4319, located in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities (CFAY), Yokosuka, Japan. 3. CONTRACTOR LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract.
