Scope

This Notice of Intent is provided to advise that the Government intends to negotiate a Sole Source contractual action via a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Design Build Consortium, LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The purpose of this action is to provide Construction Period Services (CPS) for Project 548-23-112 Upgrade Exterior Signage and Wayfinding at the Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center, located at 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL, 33410-6400. NAICS code 541330�Engineering Services will apply to this procurement. Design Build Consortium, LLC was previously awarded a competitively bid contract to furnish 100% Construction Documents for this project.
