Scope

3 September 2026 - The purpose of amendment 5 is to enclose the following attachments: 1. Attachment A_Price Worksheet Rev.1 6. Attachment A-E2 OCONUS PACIFC EUROPE Priority Instruction Rev.1 The above attachments revise and replace the previous ones. Furthermore, the due date for questions has changed from 11 September 2026 to 16 September 2026 and the due date for submittal of proposal has changed from 18 September 2026 to 23 September 2026.
