Project Description The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), Office of Facilities and Environmental Quality (OFEQ), Building Management Division (BMD), intends to award up to three (3) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Architect-Engineer (A-E) contracts to provide comprehensive multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering services in support of renovation, modernization, repair, and infrastructure improvement projects at the historic Herbert C.
