Attached If photographs are not available, we would greatly appreciate any identifying information you may have for the existing header, including the manufacturer, model number, and part number. This information will assist us in accurately evaluating the existing conditions and preparing our quotation accordingly. 2nd Vendor: 1. Is there a proposed site visit? Not currently planned 2.
