Scope

Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach an updated Q&A document (Attachment 05 - Questions and Answers Ver 2 - 9.15.26). This updates that �All Contractor personnel shall provide and maintain the appropriate security clearances as required for access to the SATCOM Campus. This includes a minimum of a Secret clearance, with Top Secret clearances required for personnel accessing TS/SCI areas. Contractor shall provide minimum personnel clearance within 180 days of employee start date.�.As well as the DD0254 (Attachment 09 - dd0254 - 9.15.26). Offerers must submit Attachment 09 - dd0254 - 9.15.26 with their submission.
