DirecTV based Cable Headend System Maintenance and Repair

***Amendment posted to answer questions and extend due date and time.*** The Ohio National Guard (OHARNG) owns and operates a DirecTV based cable headend system. The OHARNG maintains a service contract with DirecTV for television services. Facilitating this service provider is a requirement. The core components of the headend system are failing and require replacement.
