Serial Subscription Services

Scope

The Contractor shall furnish all qualified personnel, facilities, services, and supplies necessary to place, renew, maintain, and manage subscriptions to domestic and foreign serials and periodicals in electronic, print, and other available formats, including journals, standing orders, online databases, technical reports, memberships, government documents, abstracts and indexes, back issues, and related information resources. Services shall include subscription ordering and renewal, access to a web-based serials management system, account and financial management, invoicing and publisher payments, reporting, electronic journal access support, claims processing, cancellations, credits, refunds, customer support, training, and coordination with publishers.
