Scope

The department of Veterans Affairs', CMOP division of NCO-15, intends to award a Construction Contract for Leavenworth VA CMOP facility, 5000 S 13th St, Leavenworth, KS 66048. See Statement of Work for deliverables. The NAICS Code for this project is 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard $45M. Estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $500K to $1M. This project is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) set aside. See attached documentation for all necessary details. The response due date has been extended to 23 Sep 26 @ 1700 Central A site visit is scheduled for 17 Sep 26 @ 1200 Central.
