Scope

The Defense Logistics Agency is planning to issue a solicitation for a national requirements contract for Clindamycin Phosphate - Benzoyl Peroxide Gel. Procurement details follow. Clindamycin Phosphate 1% - Benzoyl Peroxide 5% Gel in 25GM and 50GM Tubes. Clindamycin Phosphate 1.2% - Benzoyl Peroxide 5% in 45GM Tubes. Clindamycin Phosphate 1% - Benzoyl Peroxide 5% Gel with pump in 35GM and 50GM Tubes. This will be an unrestricted and fully competitive acquisition. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract with a one-year base and four one-year options. A contract resulting from this solicitation will establish a national supply source, in accordance with FAR 52.216-21 (Requirements), to provide the items listed in the schedule for purchase by Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service and Bureau of Prisons customers through the…
