2026 Laser Guided Training Round (LGTR) BDU-59C/B Product Improvement Plan

Scope

*This notice is an update to previous notice N000019-26-RFPREQ_WPM201-00031-Presolicitation, in order to upate the contracting vehicle* The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Program Office, PMA-201, Patuxent River, Maryland, intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a modification to order N0001926F1009 to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), Archbald Pennsylvania off of corporate basic ordering agreement N00019-23-G-0003, under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
