Scope

1.0 INTRODUCTION & PURPOSE This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research, planning, and information-gathering purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10 and FAR 15.201. This is not a Sources Sought synopsis or a Request for Proposal (RFP). No contract will be awarded directly from this posting, and the Government is under no obligation to issue a solicitation based on this notice. The 434th Contracting Flight (434 CONF/PK), in coordination with the 434th Civil Engineer Squadron (434 CES) at Grissom Air Reserve Base, is seeking technical feedback from the commercial construction and unit-price estimating software industry.
