Scope

1. Synopsis This synopsis is in accordance with FAR Part 5, is a Notice of Intent to award a contract action to Sword Health, Inc.. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available, and email requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 2. Background The Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a need to deliver convenient, clinically effective physical therapy services to active duty servicemembers and their families, anytime, and anywhere. DHA intends to pilot and validate the efficacy of virtual physical therapy delivered through its enterprise telehealth platform, delivered fully remotely at the convenience of the patient. 3.
