Scope

This Request for Information (RFI) notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of services for concept design for the Common Controller (CC) and Interface Module (IM). Specifications are listed in the attached RFI Notice and Statement of Work (SOW). SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials described in the attachments. NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to [email protected] by 06:00PM EST, 30 September 2026.
