Scope

The purpose this Amendment 1 is to update Attachment 5 L-4 RFP Questions and Responses to respond to industry's questions and concerns. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to the contract specialist at [email protected] and [email protected] utilizing Attachment L-4 RFP Questions Form. Each question or comment should reference the applicable document, page number, and paragraph number.? Offerors shall not include any proprietary information in a question, because the Government will provide the question and answer to all potential offerors. All questions must be submitted no later than 1:00PM Pacific Time on the 7th calendar day after the date that this amendment is issued.
