Notice ID: N00019-26-RFPREQ-APM274-0323 & 27-RFPREQ-APM274-0043 Procurement of CT7-8A6 Engine Components The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a modification to a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order and a new FFP delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to General Electric Aircraft Engines (GEAE) for the procurement of various CT7-8A6 engine components in support of the Presidential Helicopters Program. This order will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
