Chiropractic Adjusting Table

Scope

The Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement for Chiropractic Adjusting Tables. The requirement is for two each Lloyd Galaxy 900HS (Lloyd P/N 6722102, Or Equal), each with the following options: Manual Straight Drop Head and Manual Pelvic Drop. The Dayton VAMC also requires four each Operation/Service Manuals. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: For those vendors quoting an �Or Equal� part, the Request for Quotation (RFQ) states the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics of the brand name item that an �equal� item must meet or exceed to be acceptable for award.
