Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12639526Q0305 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Grasshopper Chemical Supply Purchase. Under the guidance of Section 417 of the Plant Protection Act of 2000, USDA (including APHIS) plays a coordinating role between Federal agencies, State agricultural departments, and private ranchers to control both grasshoppers and Mormon crickets.
