Scope

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office hereby issues this Request for Quotation (RFQ) 15B0AT26Q70000001 for provision of commercially available Pre?Employment Screening services, consisting of basic medical screening, urinalysis drug testing, and biometric fingerprint collection performed at community-based facilities. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, facilities, and qualified medical personnel necessary to perform required services across the nation.
