Scope

The purpose of this solicitation is for the Forest Service to secure Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) services to manage and maintain the water system (WS) at Shadow Mountain Village (SMV), on the Sulfur Ranger District (SRD), of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forest and Pawnee National Grasslands (ARP).
