Scope

Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to add the answers to the questions sent in prior to 16 September, as well as add in requested photos of the area. All other terms and condtions of this contract remain unchanged. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to change an error in "Section 3: Instructions to Offereors - Commercial Products and Services" that had letter c's SBA certification mislabeled as SDVOSB instead of Small Business. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged. The Government requires test and troubleshoot communications BUS to all controllers and terminal equipment. Communication BUS wiring minor repairs such as re-terminating controllers and devices is included. Major repairs such as high bay/ceiling (over 10' in height) wire replacement & device terminations or long runs (over 25') are not included. Test network and field…
