Scope

The purpose of this Amendment is to clarify a mistake in the salient characteristics which stated a wind resistance requirement of 50mph. The updated wind resistance is 5mph. Additionally, part numbers were added to attachments that lacked them. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. II.
