KYLE WWTP EXPANSION PHASE 2, FULL WORKS PACKAGE

Scope

The City of Kyle Wastewater Treatment Plant is currently undergoing construction of the Early Works Package (EWP), which will provide an additional 1.5 million gallons per day (MGD) of treatment capacity. The EWP represents the initial phase of a comprehensive plant expansion with the completion of the Full Works Package (FWP) Expansion, which will ultimately increase the facility's treatment capacity to 9.0 MGD. The expansion includes the construction of several new treatment and support facilities, including a Grit Removal Facility, Odor Control Units, Storage Facility, and CMU Wall.
