Facilities Operations, Maintenance and Support Services for U.S. EPA Facilities at Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Research Triangle Park (RTP) Facilities located at 109 T.W. Alexander Drive, RTP, NC 27711 has a requirement for facilities, maintenance and support services. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Priced type contract (with a fixed price redetermination retrospective contract line item, a cost reimbursement contract line item and three IDIQ line items) with a twelve-month base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods. The EPA's facilities on the RTP Campus consists of 1.3 million square feet of offices, laboratories, computer and conference spaces, and child care facilities.
