Scope

AMENDMENT 4: The purpose of this modification is to exted the submission due date from 09/10/2026 to 10/01/2026. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
