The Department of the Air Force is issuing this Request for Whitepapers to establish an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) under 10 U.S.C. � 4022. See attachments for further information. AEDC Facility Digital Twins and Predictive Analytics site visit will be on 30 September 2026. To access the link for registation and the Q&As you must send an email to the Agreements Officer with your CAGE Code for validation prior to potential release.
