Scope

Amendment 0001 - The servicing location is restricted and no electronic devices will be permitted. This includes cameras, phones, smart watches, bluetooth devices, or wifi connectable devices. The meeting location for the site visit will be the B1000 visitor center on Offutt AFB, NE. Those that do not make it to the visitor center by 0900 will not be allowed entrance nor will contact be made due to secure facility and lack of phones. DIRECTIONS: Enter base through the STRATCOM gate, proceed through one traffic light and turn left at the second. The meeting location will be the south side of B1000 at the vistor center. This is a combined presolicitation/solicitation for commercial SERVICES in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in the notice.
